What is a Social Media Architecture? 
1. An online social media architecture lists all of your online accounts.
2. It shows how all of your accounts are connected.
3. It describes the responsibilities of each account and how they are to be used.
- some are best used for lead generation
- some are used as a CRM or lead management system
- some are used as a lead follow-up and drip campaign
